Dear Panther Families,
Thank you for a fantastic week of teaching and learning at Parkwood-Upjohn! Here are a couple of important reminders;
1. Supervision of students begins at 8:44 AM. Thank you for not leaving your child unattended outside of the school before 8:44 AM in the morning.
2. Thanksgiving Break begins on Tuesday, November 23rd
3. On Sunday, December 12th you have the opportunity to help raise funds for our Community Garden by coming out to a K Wings game! Join us for a K Wings game on December 12th at 3:00 PM! All proceeds from in-game fundraising will go directly to the Upjohn Community Garden. To participate;
A. Order tickets for your family here
B. Consider selling “Chuck-A-Puck” bags with your child to raise funds by contacting Caroline Martin at martinch@kalamazoopublicschools.net
C. Bring a stuffed animal for the “Teddy Bear Toss”. All donated stuffed animals will go the Bronson Children’s Hospital.
